Hello! How is everyone today?

Last Friday I went to the theater and saw Coyote vs ACME and, going against most people’s opinions, I thought it was just okay. And I say this as a Looney Tunes kid who grew up with the characters and loved them way more than Disney. Most of the jokes didn’t land with me and I thought the story was kind eh and wasn’t a fan of the mixture of the 2D and 3D animation. Personal bias on my end but I liked the instances when 2D animation was used, such as with Porky Pig. Sometimes the 3D animation looked off, like with Foghorn Leghorn when he’s getting all up in John Cena’s face and some of the movement with Wile E. Coyote. I will say that they did a fantastic job of respecting the characters and none of them felt out of place or forced into a role that you wouldn’t have seen in an old Looney Tunes short. It was also neat seeing some of the less used characters like Cool Cat.

If anything I respect the movie more than I enjoyed it and I’m glad it was able to get out into theaters. Most people have been singing praises for it so I recommend checking it out because maybe you’ll enjoy it more than I did.

Went to this shoe store on Saturday on recommendation of my hair stylist as she said that they had larger sized shoes that should fit me (womens 11-12 wide), but sadly their offerings for my size was next to nothing. Mostly formal shoes and not boots as I was looking for. Prices were hella cheap though so I would’ve loved if they had what I wanted! Oh well. And while I was out I went to Mama’s Pizza for their lunch time buffet for the first time in like over a year. God I love their buffet pizza. Super good! Sucks they only offer it from 11AM-2PM. There’s been several weekends where I plan to go only to end up sleeping in or deciding I don’t feel like getting ready and stay home and eat whatever I have in the fridge and sit at the computer. Probably a good thing since lord knows I’ll stuff my face at every opportunity.
