A Kat’s (GOD AWFUL!!!) Blessing – 158

October 9th, 2025.

Oh look! I finished on time this week! Huzzah! And NOW the fight against Taru is over and done with. No additional all-of-a-suddens. No sudden twists. The chapter is heading into the twilight. There’s still about 3-4ish weeks left before it comes to a close.

My apartment started a art club last week, which I went to the first meeting. Not a whole lot happened but I did manage to break out of my shell and talk to some people. Helped I had a frozen margarita at the start of it to loosen me up. Someone I met there talked about another club called the DFW Doodle Club, saying that I might be interested in that with them having a gallery over at the Dallas Museum of Art starting this Sunday. I’m planning on checking it out.

In other news I’m tired. Despite Bodysuit 23 being on break Kat has been totally kicking my ass right now. Doesn’t help I’ve been rather sleep deprived recently, only having gotten sleeping pills the other day. I’m also coming to the realization that the max amount of hours I can work on comic stuff after work is like 2 hours before I start feeling sick. In the grand scheme of things that isn’t a whole lot, making my work day about 10ish hours. And hell, I used to go for a lot longer, too. Maybe my age is starting to catch up with me. The past few weekends have been a total wash in terms of getting shit done as I wind up laying in bed almost the entire day until night. Can barely get myself to watch or play anything during that time.

I other other news I have today learned the existence of eurobeat x metal fusion and I must have more! If Kat were ever an animated series I’d totally get something like that for the intro.
