Hey-o! As you can see the episode is currently unfinished. I storyboarded it while in the plane heading home from Vermont yesterday and roughed/inked it today! I plan to have it finished by tomorrow. Sorry for the delay!

So yeah, returned from what’s becoming my yearly vacation to Vermont as I can crash at a friend’s house for a few days and thus save on having to spend money on a hotel! That and Vermont is cool with lots of places to hike and mountain climb and enjoy the outdoors! The weather was also extra amazing this go around with temperatures in the mid 50s to low 60s for highs. The perfect outdoor weather.
TOO BAD I WAS SICK FOR HALF THE TRIP!
I arrived Saturday evening and felt fine with me doing some indoor rock climbing and going to a rhythm game arcade in Burlington. But later that night I was nauseous with a big ol’ headache which carried over through the entirety of Sunday. There were plans for another friend to come up and visit on Sunday with us all getting chicago deep dish pizza and hang out and drink and watch shit that night but that got thrown out the window. Instead I went to Walmart to get something I forgot to bring and had to let my friend go through the self-checkout line with me going outside for air because I was just about ready to puke. A couple strangers came up to me asking how I felt, which was very nice of them, but I quickly explained myself and said there wasn’t anything while trying to make sure not to puke at the front of the parking lot.
Monday morning I still wasn’t feeling the greatest but was good enough to go on a walk around town, and by afternoon I was feeling better with the other friend coming up for the deep dish pizza and their homemade alfredo chicken pasta meal which was really good. Sadly they had work the next day so they were only able to stay a few hours before having to head home.
Tuesday I was 100% better with my friend and I going to Randolph and doing a two mile walk around town and through a park, which was nice and relaxing. Then later that night I talked with my friend’s kid about her animation project and shot the shit about creating stuff with me showing off some settei of anime to give her a look at some behind the scene stuff.
Then Wednesday I went home around noon and got home after 6pm, where I had to clean up a bunch of cat litter off the floor and some throw up on the carpet. I didn’t get to really lay down and rest until like after 8pm.
It sucked that half my trip was wasted on being sick, but for the parts where I didn’t feel like upchuking the previous day’s food it was a lovely time. I’m kinda tempted to go when there’s snow on the ground so I can experience that, but I’m sure I’ll just freeze to death if I do. Would be neat to experience some real legit snow instead of the usual shit ice we get in Texas.

Also… “showing off some ‘settei’ of anime to give” is that a typo?
Nah, settei is a word. It’s those character model sheets animators use to keep things consistent.
I don’t think that’s *quite* what they meant by their question but it was entertaining nonetheless! XD
