October 30th, 2025
So I’m like an entire day behind.
Around the end of the week last week I wasn’t feel good, which I attributed to seasonal changes. Slight headache and such from like Friday through Monday and general not feeling the greatest, resulting in me not starting the storyboards on Sunday as intended. On top of that I had a dentist appointment on Monday, in which my dentist office is by my old hometown so it’s roughly an hour drive away. I know I could find some place closer but I’ve been going to this dentist office since I was a kid so they got all my records and junk. Makes things easier.
Anywho, they checked my blood pressure and it was high. As I haven’t been obese since 2018 and my blood pressure went down in response my thinking is that stress of wrapping up Kat chapter 2 and, ya know, fucking EVERYTHING going on in the world right now, is the cause. Due to that I wound up coming home around 4, gave up on plans on going to doodle club, and went to bed around 6ish pm. I then proceeded to sleep until around 6 am.
I had planned on taking Monday through Wednesday off next week so as to have a nice 5 day weekend to relax once Kat goes up Saturday at midnight. That plan had to be nixed and instead I’m taking Friday and Monday and Tuesday as my Supervisor won’t be in work on Wednesday. Because of my falling behind it means my first day of vacation will more than likely be me working on Kat for a good 4-5 hours. Woooo…
I dunno. I’m gonna keep on keeping on. Hopefully that high blood pressure is just a sign of stress or maybe illness and my taking it easy these next few weeks before B23 starts up again will help me calm down.
In other news the new Katamari Damacy game is alright. Not a fan of levels being in different sections that requires going into a menu and changing eras. Otherwise I’m enjoying it for what it is: more Katamari.
That’s it for this week! I’ll make a post for y’all to submit ideas for the between chapter break! Just, ya know, please don’t suggest anything that will be taxing to draw. Pretty please?

I mean… Since you just teased us all with that closing scene, my suggestion for the between chapters break illustrations could be one (a few…?) extra doodle(s) of Dallas and Taru “exploring” a new facet to their relationship. Heh Talk about enemies to lovers, right…
On a completely unrelated note… What flag is that besides the trans’ flag on Dallas’ table? I tried looking it up and the closest I could find was the one for the Philippines, which isn’t even that close to it anyway.
I have drawn artwork of Dallas and Taru of the nude variant in regards to their relationship a whole back that’s on my blue sky.
Also it’s the Texas flag because it takes place in Texas and Texans have the flag absolutely everywhere.
